Below, you will find policies for our Miami Warehouse inventory and Premium Partner inventory.

Warehouse Policies for Miami Warehouse Inventory

Cancellation
You can cancel orders within 24 hours. 

Order Fulfillment
You can choose from Standard, Expedited, and Express options.

Returns
Request to return an order (for either full or partial orders) must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.

Shipping 
Your shipping options for this warehouse are Customer Pickup or Delivery to Freight Forwarder.

Warehouse Policies for Premium Partner Inventory

Order limits
You may be subject to a weekly limit on the number of devices you can order.

Cancellation
You can’t cancel orders.

Order Fulfillment
Orders from this warehouse are not ready to ship right away, but you have the option to specify your fulfillment option. Your fulfillment options are Standard, Expedited, and Express.

Shipping
Your shipping options for this warehouse are Customer Pickup or Delivery to Freight Forwarder.

Returns
You will not be able to return items from the Assurant warehouse. We have included detailed grading information to give you an explanation on the exact conditions of devices you will be ordering, so there are no surprises.
